Our first ever 7 day Juice and Chakra Cleanse was a smashing success! Vikasa is host to many different styles of Yoga including; Anusara, Yin, Hatha, Restorative and Vinyasa.  We also offer Pilates classes; both mat and apparatus.  In addition, Vikasa offers group meditation on second and fourth Friday evenings.
