Teacher training April 4th with Ross Rayburn!

Ross Rayburn joins vikasa studio for a new teacher Training. this training is a chance for you to practice teach with one of the most respected Anusara teachers today. This full day training will enhance your teaching and is similar to the review process for certification.

Vikasa studio, located on Main street in the heart of the village of Cold Spring, offers an array of yoga styles and Pilates classes throughout your week. The studio offers a quiet respite from daily life; a sanctuary in which to practice, nourish your soul and strengthen your body.

We offer Anusara, Hatha and Kundalini yoga and a Pilates core class, with highly trained teachers, who offer challenges, personal attention and much humor. Vikasa is a lovely place for your continued practice, or on your weekend visits to the area.
