Yin Yoga: A style of hatha yoga that is practiced with long, passively held floor poses (asanas). It is designed to move beyond the muscles into the deep layers of connective tissue, promoting the flow of energy, prana & blood around the joints. This process allows for deep openings effecting the hips, spine & ankles. Yin offers you a time & place to breathe deeply, nourish your body & mind while awakening your spirit. This practice is quiet, relaxing & healing for your whole being - creating a quality of stillness & deep surrender - equally beneficial for beginners & experienced yogis.

Anusara Yoga: Anusara offers a truly unique yoga practice based on the integration of yoga philosophy, safe, supportive alignment principles, and a heart opening philosophy. Anusara Yoga heals, detoxifies and inspires the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance and intention. No matter your age, strength or flexibility level, our style of yoga is for everyone. Anusara's impactful effect is due in large part to its uplifting philosophy, epitomized by a "celebration of the heart" that looks for the good in all people and all things. Consequently, students of all levels of ability and yoga experience are honored for their unique differences, limitations, and talents. There is no mold to fit into. Lara Demberg is a Certified Anusara Instructor.

Pilates: text to come.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. The class will flow with this tide of breath so that you can align with your inner-self as your primary guide.

Yamuna Body Rolling is a revolutionary approach to health and fitness using balls designed exclusively for this practice. It consists of a series of routines using 6 to 10-inch balls. Unlike other ball exercises, YBR goes far beyond random movement and stretch. It allows you to work specific muscles in detail, to create suppleness in tight areas and optimize range of motion. Yamuna Body Rolling reeducates muscles and stimulates bone, creating positive, permanent changes in the body.
